All sales are considered final unless a device arrives defective, and any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We ensure devices are sold with a clean IMEI. Please verify carrier compatibility before purchase, as we are not responsible for this. Buyers are responsible for correct shipping addresses, and we are not liable for packages marked delivered. Unwarranted chargebacks will be disputed.
Returns & issues explained
Should you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only for defective or 'not as described' devices. Items must be returned in the original condition, free from new damage, and without iCloud/Google locks or added accounts. IMEI/serial numbers must match. All returns require prior approval. Buyers cover return shipping unless we made an error. Refunds are issued post-inspection. Devices reported lost, stolen, or blacklisted after delivery are not eligible for return. All other sales are final.
